Portraits: Janice, Helen, and Hannah
Until recently my focus has been chiefly on concert photography and capturing the energy of live music. However, a few months ago, after much study of the art of the outdoor portrait, my dear friends came into town to model for me. The sun was a tad uncooperative that day so a few of the shots are slightly grainy, but as a fellow photographer so aptly says, “noise is rock and roll!” So here I submit for your viewing pleasure my first study in outdoor portrait photography. My models are the lovely Janice Higdon, Helen Bunting, and Hannah Spalding.
